Green Christmas @ Federation Square
Monday 4th December
Green Santa arrived at Federation Square in the arms of police constables Ange Pavich and James Ridsdale to launch Gould League's Green Chrsitmas event at Federation Square. Hundreds of excited children greeted Green Santa before taking to the stage to sing traditional Christmas carols and Christmas songs with an environmental twist. MC Andrew Gill kept children entertained and interviewed some of our Activity partners including one of Werribee Zoo's animal keepers and his very cuddly Madagascan python. Schools performing on Monday included:
- Roxburgh Park Primary School
- Templeton Primary School
- Maffra Primary School
- Park Orchards Primary School
- Croydon Hills Primary School
- Ivanhoe Primary School
- St Francis Xavier School (Frankston)
