Volunteers play an important role in supporting our team in a variety of ways. We welcome the generous contribution of time and skills from our wonderful volunteers. While a regular weekly commitment allows us to plan and involve you in more interesting and ongoing work, even a few hours here and there can make a big difference.
Contact us via email to email@example.com or phone us on 03 9555 5565 if you would be able to help us in these or in any other way. We'd love to hear from you!
*Top Priority* Volunteer Fundraiser
We are actively seeking passionate and persuasive volunteers who can investigate, follow-up and apply for a variety of grants and other potential sources of sponsorship and funding. Experience highly regarded. Help support the ongoing growth of the Gould League and our environmental education programs!
*Top Priority* Volunteer Gardener
Seeking a passionate gardener to dedicate a day a week to help maintain our Climate Change Education Garden. Duties include maintaining a pond for mini-beasts, tidying garden beds, weeding, clearing paths, planting and maintaining herb and vegetable gardens. Further duties include resurrecting our grey water unit and remote irrigation system (dependent on skill level).
* Top Priority* Volunteer Board Member
The Gould League is seeking skilled and committed people who can bring energy, talents and networks to a revitalised Board. If you think you have what it takes, please contact David Walker on 0428 418 332 or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Volunteer Costumer Designer
Are you a clever sewer/craftsperson who could help make some whimsical new bird, animal and marine creature costumes? Interactive dramas are an integral part of Gould League’s multidisciplinary excursion and outreach programs and we require more costumes to be made.
We have received many generous memorabilia contributions from our Centenary Celebrations which we would love to collate, catalogue and display properly for posterity. You could do this over a few concentrated days or in a few hours here and there over time.
Volunteer Website Administrator
Do you have basic skills in Macromedia Dreamweaver or Contribute? We would love to continue extending our Centenary and Members Only websites but we need some help! Perfect work experience for an undergraduate or TAFE student wishing to gain real website experience.
