- Delivery policy
You should expect to receive your goods within fifteen (15) working days from placing your order.
Should you require urgent postage please email shop@gould.org.au. Delivery is via Australia Post. Delivery charges apply and are included in the total cost of your order before you finalise your order. Delivery charges vary according to ;
i) Within Australia - the total value of your order
- $0.01 AU to $20.00 AU - $8.80 AU
- $20.01 AU to $50.00 - $13.20 AU
- $50.01 AU - $100.00 AU - $18.70 AU
- $100.01 AU - $300.00 AU - $33.00 AU
- $300.01 AU - $10,000 AU - $38.50 AU
- ii) Internationally - the total weight, dimensions and delivery location of your order

- Refund/returned goods policy
The Gould League does not generally provide refunds or returns. However, in special circumstances, refunds or returns may be available with prior authorisation from the Gould League.
- Currency
The currency of transaction is Australian dollars only and all prices are in Australian dollars.
