Rockpooling

Rockpools are miniature worlds of their own. Beautifully coloured seaweed and sponge gardens decorate the sides and provide refuge for vegetarian snails, scavenging crabs, and hunters like octopus and whelks. When the tide goes out, we are able to glimpse this underwater world.
